About Logistics Fee and Customs Clearance Costs:

All our products on LookHealthyStore are free and fast shipping to worldwide, no customs clearance fee.

For all orders from all countries in the world (excluding Brazil, India, Chile, because Brazil, India and Chile customs require nationals to bear customs clearance costs), the customs clearance fee is borne by LookHealthyStore.

All orders of LookHealthyStore will provide fully registered logistics services, with tracking number for each order.

About Logistics Time:

Our main warehouse is in Shenzhen Guangdong.

Shipping time from China to the following countries is about 10-15 days.
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Australia, New Zealand, Netherlands, Switzerland, Sweden, Belgium, Norway, Austria, Finland, Poland, Hungary, Denmark, Luxembourg, Ireland, Ireland, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Greece, Israel, UAE, Mexico.

Shipping time from China to the following countries is about 7-12 days.
Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia.

Shipping time from China to the following countries is about 20-25 days.
Saudi Arabia, India, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru, and other countries that our logistics have been opened.

In addition, in some remote areas of some countries and overseas islands, it will take 25-30 days.

NOTE:

International air transportation is divided into three stages:

1. We transport to the Chinese Customs. (approximately 5-7 days, no logistics information updated at this stage)
2. After passing the Chinese customs inspection, your package will be sent to the your country by air freight. (there will be logistics updates at this stage)
3. After passing your country customs inspection, your package will be delivered to your address. (there will be logistics updates at this stage)

We will be responsible for your package to the end.
