Does it work? Yes, however it is a different experience for each of us.

My Personal Experience ~
Everyone has a slightly different experience with weight loss using HCG drops. Some people lose weight more quickly than others, but everyone seems to lose significant weight when sticking to the strict 500 calorie daily diet taking 10 drops HCG three times per day. I did not stick to 500 calories.
I used the HCG as I wanted to eliminate those 6 stubborn pounds and see if my metabolism would reset itself. I altered the recommended diet during the HCG regime, as I needed to keep my blood sugar stable and could not do this on the suggested diet. The first 5 days were a little tricky as my body adjusted to the sudden change, but then it all got easier after I figured out what to eat which was between 900 to 1000 calories per day. This may not work for others, but it was necessary for me to keep my blood sugar stable while using HCG.
I did not start the first two days stuffing myself with food as the recommended Dr. Simeons diet suggests. I just ate normally for those days.
What I did eat was two small green protein drinks every day containing spirulina, Pure Synergy powder or hemp combined with 1 tsp of flax or coconut oil. In between these I had 1/2 peice of fruit such as an apple, grapefruit or a few strawberries or a tiny salad. Snacking on cherry tomatoes saved me when I was really hungry. I drank green tea with barely 1/4th tsp of honey or a little black coffee. I spaced everything about 2 hours apart to keep the blood sugar stable.
Sometimes I ate a small piece of organic chicken or steak in place of the protein drink. At times when my blood sugar dropped I would eat a slice of organic ezekial bread or an organic egg or a scoop of Raw Meal protein powder mixed with water and this would often be enough to stabilize my symptoms. I averaged 1000 calories at the most each day.
I was ONLY able to eat tiny amounts of food at a time because the HCG causes the stomach to feel like it is the size of a walnut, meaning we feel full very quickly. I felt energetic the first day of taking the drops, had a slight headache on the second day and felt a little sleepy on the 3rd day but all that passed by day 5. At night I found myself sleeping deeper and felt more rested when I awoke.
VITAMINS while on HCG. I personally took 2 tsp per day of the Red Desert Clay and two servings of Intramax liquid vitamins - plus a tall glass of water with 1 tsp of Himalayan crystal salt or celtic salt crystals added. I just stirred the salt until the crystals dissolved - the minerals in these salts are fantastic.
HCG is not for everyone, although this was a very good experience for me. I would suggest HCG for anyone who would like to lose weight while eating healthy foods, but you must always speak with your doctor first before doing a weight-loss program, especially if you have any health issues as in liver or heart disease or cancer.
